KBM Training & Recruitment is seeking a skilled Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing employee payroll accurately and on time, maintaining payroll records, and providing exceptional support to employees.

This position involves ensuring accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and deductions, as well as managing and updating employee payroll records in a designated payroll software. You will also prepare and distribute payroll statements, handle payroll inquiries from employees, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process payroll for a specified number of employees on a weekly or monthly basis.
  2. Ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and deductions.
  3. Manage and update employee payroll records in a designated payroll software.
  4. Prepare and distribute payroll statements.
  5. Handle payroll inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
  6. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
  7. Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to improve payroll processes.
