Job Description:
A financial transactions coordinator position has become available in our client's successful team. This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, processing financial transactions, and overseeing the logistics of shipments and transport routes.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile bank statements
  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain financial statistics and statements
  • Prepare payment orders for authorisation
  • Communicate via email and phone with customers in the UK and overseas
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements:
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks with precision while ensuring accurate financial records
  • Capable of conducting credit reviews and making informed financial decisions
  • Able to handle a variety of responsibilities, ranging from bookkeeping to logistics coordination
  • Proficient in handling sensitive and confidential financial information
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary: £14-£16 per hour (DOE)

Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
