About the Role

This is a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, lasting 12 months. The role is based in Northampton Head Office, with a hybrid working arrangement that requires presence in the office once every two weeks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a digital merchandising and site experience vision, focusing on driving commercial success through data-driven decision making.
  • Own and deliver onsite promotion planning, extended range, and sales budgets to exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with Buyers and Planners to execute optimized buys, including creating class-level plans for web exclusives, core attachments, and extended assortments.
  • Lead traffic-driving marketing activities such as search/SEO, PPC, affiliates, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Ensure best-in-class website experience for customers through Group Data Management.
  • Conduct specialized online merchandising tasks, including homepage click, basket content, end-of-campaign analysis, sales volumes, basket abandonment, and traffic analysis.
  • Regularly review the website to ensure accuracy and relevancy of navigation, search, and product placement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an e-commerce work environment, with a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and commercial acumen.
  • Able to communicate and influence at all levels, with exceptional collaboration skills.
