Ecommerce Trading Executive

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Trading Executive to join our team at The One Group. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for driving consumer growth through digital channels, enhancing the website and 3rd party platforms, and leveraging data and analytics to maximize results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consumer Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase consumer growth through digital channels, including acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Website Optimization: Enhance the website and 3rd party platforms, such as Amazon, to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform decisions and maximize results, including key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, AOV, CTR, and ATC.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the PR and comms team to ensure campaigns align and complement SEO work with targeted paid activity.
  • Email Marketing: Manage the email marketing process, including planning, briefing, amendments, testing, sign off, and deployment, to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on performance against targets and opportunities for growth, including web stats and other market data.
Requirements:
  • Previous ecommerce experience working within a B2C product-led function.
  • Experience working with the Amazon platform and Shopify.
  • Demonstrable success in implementing digital marketing concepts, paid and organic social media management, and best practices.
  • An understanding of SEO and PPC and how to report on performance using Google tools.
  • Experience working with email marketing tools and CMS systems, such as Hubspot and Klaviyo.
