We are looking for a driven Spa Territory Expansion Lead to join our team at Natural Spa Factory in the London and South East territory.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive sales growth in the region. You will identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the territory and collaborate with our marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the cosmetic retail industry, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Additionally, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen interest in beauty and cosmetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
