Employee Relations Manager

Celsa UK Careers is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team. As an HR professional, you will be responsible for managing employee relations activities, including disciplinaries and absence management.

The estimated salary for this role is £37,000 + 10% Bonus per annum, reflecting our commitment to providing a competitive offer in the industry.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to support a smooth recruitment process within your area of responsibility.
  • Coaching, supporting, and advising line managers on all people-related aspects.
  • Managing different processes and prioritising your workload.

Requirements:

  • Minimum CIPD L5 qualified.
  • Previous experience with operational HR activities.
