Employee Relations Coordinator

Job Description: As an Employee Relations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the recruitment process, managing low-level case work, and maintaining accurate records. You will also support the auditing of files and cleaning of data, participate in recruitment campaigns, and provide support for payroll and outsourced payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including vetting candidates and aligning job descriptions
- Manage low-level case work such as absence management and maintain accurate records
- Ensure contracts are correctly compiled and understood by all parties involved
- Support the auditing of files and cleaning of data to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Participate in recruitment campaigns and best practice initiatives to drive business growth
- Provide support for payroll and outsourced payroll functions to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- Working HR experience with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- CIPD Level 3 qualification is highly desirable
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to multitask effectively
- Sociable and approachable, yet focused and trustworthy to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
