Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Tenant Liaison Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing positive relationships with residents in order to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance, and major works programmes.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-entry visits and company inductions to ensure a smooth transition for tenants.
  • Collecting tenancy agreements/approval forms to maintain accurate records.
  • Visiting tenants in their homes to advise them on when and what work is being carried out.
  • Serving as the main point of contact and resolving any problems or queries that tenants may have.
  • Establishing working relations with neighbourhood housing associations.
  • Visiting empty houses being refurbished to advise potential tenants on completion dates.
  • Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to keep tenants informed about works being carried out.
  • Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and resolving any customer complaints.
Requirements
  • A stable career in face-to-face customer service, preferably within the Housing or Construction sectors.
  • A full driving license is essential for this role.
  • Ideal candidates would hold a current CSCS Card.
