Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Team Leader to join our team at Llwyn Teg. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents, promoting their well-being, and supporting their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care professionals to provide person-centered care, tailored to the needs of our residents.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate and manage resident care activities, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and Shaw Healthcare policies.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in residential care, with a focus on older adults.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act.
