BPN Limited is proud to offer a unique opportunity for individuals to develop their skills and knowledge in childcare and education through our Early Years Educator Apprenticeship program.

Program Overview:

  • The apprenticeship lasts for 24 months and covers Level 3 qualifications in Early Years Education
  • You will receive comprehensive training, including virtual classrooms, webinars, and online assignments
  • Ongoing support and tuition from a dedicated apprenticeship tutor
  • The opportunity to gain Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner status and further training to reach Early Years Teacher Status

Job Requirements:

  • You must be a UK resident or have a visa that will support you for the duration of your apprenticeship
  • GCSEs in English and maths at Grade C (4) or above or able to achieve Level 2 English and maths whilst on programme

The salary for this role is £20,000 per annum, depending on experience. As an apprentice, you will also receive a generous benefits package, including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
