Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology graduate to join our supportive SEN Department as an Educational Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career as an Educational Psychologist, providing first-hand experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs.

About the Role

This full-time position involves supporting pupils in 1:1 and small group settings, under the guidance of an experienced SENCO. The successful candidate will work alongside Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, and other professionals to implement work programmes and enable pupils to progress pastorally and academically.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs in 1:1 and small group settings
  • Working under the guidance of an experienced SENCO to implement work programmes
  • Collaborating with Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, and other professionals
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Psychology from a Top UK University
  • Strong A-Level and GCSE grades
  • A personable, enthusiastic, and dedicated personality
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be £480 - £520 per week, paid on a PAYE basis. As a member of our team, you will also receive benefits that support your personal and professional development.
