We are recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team in Cumbria and provide care and support to a client with a spinal cord injury.

About the role:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, domestic duties, and social activities. You will work closely with the client and other support workers to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the client with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Accompany the client to local amenities and community events.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records.

Salary and benefits:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £138-£162 per day, depending on UK experience and qualifications. You will also receive regular consistent work with set rolling rotas, accrued holiday pay, and a Nest Personal Pension account.
