Client Experience Manager

The Client Experience Manager role at Ecotricity is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our Business Service Leadership team. As the day-to-day contact for our high-value business customers, you will be responsible for building great relationships with key contacts, providing a 'best in class' service, and delivering to tight deadlines.
You will work closely with our Business Sales team and people across the business to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service. With a proven track record of project management and stakeholder management, you will be able to lead your direct reports to deliver department and company initiatives, as well as side projects.
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including healthcare plan, life assurance, and generous pension contribution.
