Customer Experience Manager

We are a leading retailer of trade tools and equipment, dedicated to providing excellent customer service and value to our customers. Our Cam and Durley branch in Gloucestershire is a key part of our operation, and we are seeking a Retail Team Lead to join our team.
Job Summary:
This part-time position is available to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends. The successful candidate will be responsible for hosting in-store, ensuring store standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also work closely with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Host in-store and set an example of great customer service.
• Ensure store standards are met, including cash reconciliations, customer queries, audit compliance, and stock management.
• Work closely with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
• Provide amazing customer service and translate that into sales.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to work flexibly. They should also be friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and willing to work hard.
Salary:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per year, depending on experience.
