Job Title: IT Service Delivery Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at Xpertise Recruitment. As a key member of our IT Infrastructure and Operations team, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day and project support to employees, dealing with issues regarding IT equipment and services such as mobile devices, printers, PCs, servers, networks, and telephony.
Work with outsourced vendors to resolve issues, coordinating and owning IT problems.
Support the department with other IT-related issues.
Act as a key point of contact between employees, the ICT Services team, and 3rd party specialist partners.

Requirements:

Relevant previous experience in a 1st/2nd line support role, providing on-site and remote support.
Microsoft Office & Windows desktop environment experience.
Experience with network connectivity, WIFI connections, tethering computers to phones.
Familiar with BYOD, phones, and tablets in a corporate environment.
Experience with building, configuring, and troubleshooting Laptops/PC, Mobile phones, printers, and tablets.
