A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Client Service and Delivery Specialist to join our team at LGBT Great.

This is a hybrid role which will incorporate a mix of office and home working, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in insurance industry who can provide exceptional support to our Sales Consultants in managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth running of client portfolios.

As a Client Service and Delivery Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining constructive relationships with clients and insurers at all levels.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day enquiries from clients, providers, and other internal and external sources.
  • Independently responding to queries from clients and insurers in a proactive manner, while keeping Consultants informed.
  • Co-ordinating administration of schemes, including invoicing, membership data, claims data, communication materials, and other associated queries.

You will also be responsible for preparing template client reports, resolving discrepancies in provider documentation, and ensuring accuracy in correspondence produced or issued by Aon.

In addition, you will assist with data analysis, attend internal training sessions, and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and proactively using your own initiative.
  • Relevant experience within the insurance industry, preferably with knowledge of Group Risk.
  • Excellent listening, organisation, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with numerous stakeholders.
  • Confidence in communicating with colleagues and clients at all levels.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on your experience, plus a range of benefits and flexible working arrangements.
