Our client, a leading global business, is embarking on an exciting data-driven journey. They seek a seasoned CRM Manager to lead their CRM function. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional to drive improvements in CRM performance, including email performance and retention strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement key CRM KPIs to drive improvements in CRM performance
* Collaborate with the marketing team to define audience segmentation and create targeted email communications
* Establish lead scoring across all brands and create processes for lead handover
* Monitor deliverability scores and troubleshoot any issues
* Set up and run reports and dashboards to provide relevant data to sales and management

**Ideal Candidate:**

* Minimum 3 years of experience in online CRM marketing
* Proven experience in managing retention and CRM programs, as well as database management
* Proven track record of working in a sales-driven commercial trading environment
* Strong understanding of current data protection and privacy legislation
