We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager Assistant to join our team at Greene King. As an Operations Manager Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the General Manager in the management of the pub
  • Leading the team in delivering excellent customer service
  • Maintaining high standards of customer and team safety

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £37,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits including a 33% discount on all Greene King products, a free employee assistance program, and access to Wagestream.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has great communication and leadership skills. If you have a keen eye for detail and are able to think on your feet, we would love to hear from you.
