**Job Overview**

As a Homecare Assistant Professional, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence. You will work closely with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, developing a tailored care plan to meet their requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide support with daily living activities, including medication management, meal preparation, and personal care* Develop relationships with clients and their families, understanding their needs and preferences* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery* Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals as needed* Maintain accurate records and reports as required

**Requirements**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Compassion, empathy, and understanding of clients' needs* Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic systems* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation* Enhanced DBS/PVG check required
