As a Patient Support Worker, you will be responsible for visiting our clients in their own homes and providing them with the support they need to live independently. You will work on a part-time basis and have consistent individuals with whom you will build a rapport.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a driver's license, and good professional and personal references. As a Company we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
