Care Home Operations Manager

About the Role
\Barchester Healthcare is a leading care home provider seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take on the role of Clinical Lead and Deputy Manager. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and leading by example. Your leadership skills and experience in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments will be invaluable assets to our organisation.
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and contribute to the success of our care homes. Your compassion, resilience, and determination to deliver quality care will make you a valuable asset to our team.
The salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including free learning and development opportunities, automatic enrolment into our profit share scheme, and a generous holiday allowance.
Key Responsibilities
\* Lead by example and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
* Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and contribute to the success of our care homes
* Manage safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
* Provide support and guidance to junior staff members
Requirements
\* Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
* Teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification
* Experience in helping residents with different health needs
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care
