**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for visiting clients in their homes, assisting with medication, meal support, personal care, and socializing. You will also have the opportunity to develop skills in low-level clinical areas and receive training to further your career.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Visit clients in their homes, providing support with daily living activities* Assist clients with medication management, meal preparation, and personal care* Develop relationships with clients and their families, understanding their needs and preferences* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery* Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals as needed
**Requirements**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Compassion, empathy, and understanding of clients' needs* Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic systems* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation* Enhanced DBS/PVG check required
