About the Job
At Barchester Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Lead to support the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with the General Manager and take on leadership duties in their absence. Your responsibilities will include monitoring care standards through regular audits, supervising clinical practice, and developing strategies to achieve your goals.About You
To be successful in this role, you must be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. Previous experience working with residents with different health needs is essential, as is a track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. Additionally, you should have some HR experience, a strong understanding of sales and marketing, and knowledge of budget management. You will also be expected to support newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.What We Offer
