About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our clinical governance and quality of care in eight care homes across Norfolk, Suffolk, and North Essex. As a Regional Clinical Development Nurse, you will be responsible for reviewing clinical governance databases and KPIs, analysing results, and implementing strategies to meet regulatory requirements and improve care.

Key responsibilities include working closely with senior clinical staff to support performance improvement, reviewing and developing policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records. You must have strong leadership skills, analytical ability, and excellent communication skills. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per year.
