New Wine Trust is seeking a Church Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations team with a range of tasks and projects.

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Operations team with administrative tasks such as email management, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including venue booking and catering arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases to track key information and statistics.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
