We are seeking an experienced Church Facilities Manager to play a significant part in helping us achieve our vision at St Barnabas, a large bible-based and Spirit-led church in North London. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves taking responsibility, planning, organising, and keeping work on track.

The ideal candidate will have excellent management skills, be able to work closely with the Operations Director and Facilities Technician, and help us remodel every level of our church's leadership to reflect the diversity of our membership.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the church, including overseeing maintenance and facilities teams, ensuring the smooth running of events and services, and maintaining high standards of health and safety.

We welcome applicants from UKME/GMH backgrounds, and there is an Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010 for the applicant to be a committed Christian.

As part of our safer recruiting process, we will require a basic DBS check and relevant training for this position.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
