We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Part-Time Site Manager to join our team at New Malden United Reformed Church.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000, dependent on experience.

Job Summary

As our Part-Time Site Manager, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep and maintenance of our site, including general property maintenance tasks, security checks, and meeting tradespeople for scheduled maintenance and repairs. You will also provide emergency cover and work closely with our line manager to ensure the smooth operation of our site.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the security of our premises by locking doors and windows.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as clearing drains and litter.
  • Meeting tradespeople for scheduled maintenance checks and repairs.
