Sanctuary Personnel is a leading provider of healthcare staff solutions. We are seeking an experienced Theatre Recovery Lead to join our client's dedicated and dynamic team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care within the Theatre Recovery team. This will involve leading the team to deliver quality patient-focused care, managing day-to-day operations, and providing expert clinical advice and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Theatre Recovery Team: To deliver high-quality patient-focused care.
- Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure efficiency and compliance with clinical standards.
- Provide Expert Clinical Advice: Mentor staff and foster professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Professional Registration: NMC/HCPC registered.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years recovery experience in a similar setting.
- Competence with IT systems and digital tools for healthcare.
