Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced Theatre Recovery Lead to join our client's dedicated and dynamic team.

About the Role:

As the Theatre Recovery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards of patient care within the Theatre Recovery team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the team to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the day-to-day operations within Theatre Recovery, ensuring efficiency and compliance with clinical standards.
  • Provide expert clinical advice and mentorship to staff, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and hospital policies.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.

**Requirements:**

  • Professional Registration: NMC/HCPC registered.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years recovery experience in a similar setting.
  • Competence with IT systems and digital tools for healthcare.
