Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the recovery team, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and attention during their stay. Key responsibilities include managing the smooth transition of patients from theatre to recovery, coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery, and maintaining accurate records of patient progress.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a passion for delivering excellent patient-focused care, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a registered nurse or operating department practitioner, you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in recovery and be familiar with relevant policies and procedures. A proven track record of teamwork and effective communication will also be essential.
