Job Overview The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Monitoring and managing customer credit accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
  • Contacting customers to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment plans.
  • Monitoring and posting transactions from bank accounts and completing reconciliations.
  • Reviewing and reconciling sales to cash receipts.
  • Sales ledger reconciliations.

Requirements To be successful as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you should have:

  • Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with an accounting ledger package.
