About the Position:

  • Oversee all aspects of youth camp operations, including planning, logistics, and staff management.
  • Design and deliver engaging outdoor programs that cater to diverse age groups and abilities.
  • Collaborate with instructors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery and promote a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for youth camps, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage instructor teams and coordinate logistics for camps and programs.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents, carers, and host school staff, promoting open communication and collaboration.

Salary Range: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum
