About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to provide exceptional care to patients recovering from a variety of surgical procedures.

Job Description

As our Theatre Recovery Lead, you will be working closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the theatre recovery department. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-standard individualised patient care
  • Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional care

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • At least 3 years of UK theatre recovery experience
  • ALS qualification is highly desirable
