Our client, a leading healthcare provider in Oxfordshire, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to work in a state-of-the-art environment, providing top-notch patient care to patients.
Job DescriptionThis role involves working as part of the Theatre team, delivering high-quality individualised patient care and ensuring optimal clinical outcomes. You will be expected to follow all company policies and procedures, while also supporting newly qualified nurses in their development.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care as part of the Theatre team.
- Follow company policies to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
- Support newly qualified nurses in their development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Registration with the NMC or HCPC.
- Experience in scrub, anaesthetics, or recovery in the UK.
- 34 days of annual leave including bank holidays.
- A private pension scheme.
- Private medical cover.
- Life assurance.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
