Job Description:In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic private healthcare environment. As a Theatre Recovery Lead, you will be working closely with a motivated team to ensure the smooth recovery of patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional individualized patient care
- Provide care to patients recovering from a range of surgical procedures
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NMC or HCPC registration with no restrictions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- At least 3 years of UK theatre recovery experience
- ALS qualification highly desirable
- Excellent time management and communication skills
