Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum. This is a permanent position for a Contracts Manager with a leading Main Contractor based in Redhill, Surrey. The company undertakes projects across multiple sectors, with a focus on education sector work up to £5m in value.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on education projects for a reputable main contractor and delivering new build and refurbishment projects within the same value range. They must also be familiar with the 2-stage D&B procurement route and able to oversee multiple projects concurrently. Strong client-facing and man management skills are essential.
