Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team at Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of new build and refurbishment projects within the education sector up to £5m in value. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of working on education projects for a reputable main contractor and delivering new build and refurbishment projects within the specified value range. They must also be familiar with the 2-stage D&B procurement route and able to oversee multiple projects concurrently. Excellent client-facing and man management skills are essential.
