Exciting Permanent Opportunity for a Contracts Manager

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + package

Location: Woking, Surrey

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our client, a successful award-winning Main Contractor, on a permanent basis.

The company operates throughout central and southern England, delivering high-quality projects up to £15m in value across various sectors including Education, Healthcare, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial, and Sports and Leisure.

To be successful, you will have a strong track record of working on new build and refurbishment projects, ideally with a degree qualification or relevant construction experience.

You will also possess excellent commercial skills and awareness, as well as the ability to lead and develop teams to achieve successful outcomes.

A full UK Driver's license and the ability to commute to Woking, Surrey on a daily basis are also essential.
