Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing regional team in Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from award through to final accounts, reporting on monthly cost/value reconciliations, and assisting with change and managing variations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of civil engineering projects with a leading Main & Regional Contractor. With over 30 years' experience operating throughout the UK, we provide a comprehensive range of Civil engineering & Infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Procurement and management of subcontractors and supply chain.
  2. Managing projects from award through to final accounts.
  3. Reporting on monthly cost/value reconciliations.
  4. Assisting with change and managing variations.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or other relevant qualification and experience.
  • Civil Engineering and Infrastructure experience.
  • Previous Main Contracting and/or Sub Contractor experience.
  • NEC contract experience.
  • Subcontract procurement and management experience.
  • Financial reporting, remeasurement, and take-off experience.
Salary and Benefits
