Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Branch Manager in managing all aspects of the branch and business
  • Coach and develop a team to deliver high standards of service
  • Nurture great relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering expert advice
  • Ensure the safety of all colleagues and customers, adhering to stay safe policies and procedures
  • Be commercially aware and support the Branch Manager in managing the branch's financial performance
