**Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Operational Technical Manager and QA Manager to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent contamination and ensure product quality.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on food safety and quality procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

**Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and ISO 22000.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
