About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Marston's. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our pub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing procedures, including stocking and cash handling
  • Leading and motivating a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensuring the pub is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
  • Managing stock levels, inventory, and supplies
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Working closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve performance
