About the Role
At Travelers, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a Manager, Strategic Enablement, you'll play a key role in optimizing end-to-end business processes to enhance customer, employee, and agent experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify opportunities and issues through root cause analysis, active listening, and engagement with stakeholders across multiple teams, business areas, and processes.
- Identify and evaluate process improvement opportunities, engaging key stakeholders to gain buy-in for implementation where appropriate. Initiate and implement multiple mid-complexity improvement opportunities.
- Lead and oversee impact assessments, as well as the implementation and execution of assigned initiatives.
- Evaluate tools and procedures for optimal process efficiency and identify areas for automation.
- Identify process gaps using KPIs and conduct data and reporting analysis to address them.
- Facilitate complex workflow updates and design sessions to drive process improvement recommendations.
- Assist in prioritizing efforts and advocating for resource allocation where necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience leading and managing complex projects.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of management.
- Strong ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent analytical skills for tracking and evaluating current processes.
- Strategic thinker with sound judgment in resolving issues.
