Job Description:

A dynamic and ambitious HR Assistant is sought by a leading law firm to join their established generalist HR team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support, working closely with the wider HR team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a generalist looking to develop their skills in a well-established organization. The successful candidate will have previous experience in HR and administration, as well as a genuine interest in the sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership of new joiner administration, including full onboarding, drafting contracts, and sending reference requests.
  • Assisting employees with inquiries, both internal and external.
  • Updating HR systems with employee details accurately.
  • Coordinating inductions for new starters in the London office.
  • Liaising with other business functions, such as Payroll, to ensure accurate information and meet deadlines.
  • Preparing paperwork for secondments, including collating salary data and market trends.
  • Supporting the Early Careers team with Trainee seat rotations and qualification updates.


Requirements:
The successful candidate will be a bright and motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will have a real interest in the sector and a proven track record in HR and administration.

Benefits:
