Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace and Defence Sales Professional to join our team at On Target Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to sell a portfolio of wound care and infection control products across primary and secondary care customers in the East Anglia Region.

The ideal candidate will have hospital and NHS Community sales experience, confidence, articulation, and strong relationship-building skills. A basic salary of £43K-£50K plus bonuses, car allowance, mobile, laptop, pension, and 25 days annual leave are on offer.

About the Role
This role involves delivering compelling commercial narratives and implementing strategies to accelerate communication. Key responsibilities include:
  • Deliver compelling commercial narratives accelerating communication.
  • Implement strategy and tactics as directed and maintain business plans.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
