Job Overview:
  • We are looking for a highly skilled individual to lead the development of engineering work packages and support the delivery of systems meeting requirements, schedule, and cost.

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of manufacturing techniques, including sheet metal fabrication, riveting, bonding, and welding, as well as excellent planning and organisational skills, good IT skills, and the ability to apply their skills and knowledge across a wide and diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing and implementing engineering work packages to meet project requirements.
  2. Ensuring technical compliance, verification, and validation activities meet all contractual, statutory, and legal requirements.
  3. Collaborating with design, engineering, quality, and production teams to deliver cost-effective solutions.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
