We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Delivery Lead to join our team at Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group. This is a 12-month fixed term contract position.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will lead the delivery of engineering work packages, ensuring they meet requirements, schedule, and cost.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work to standards, processes & procedures, ensuring rigour, resilience, and continuous improvement in solutions that meet all regulatory requirements, conform to specifications, quality, and certification requirements.
  • Support technical compliance, verification, and validation activities of all contractual, statutory, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure the most cost-effective solution is developed, compliant with requirements and legislation.

This is a challenging opportunity for someone who can manage complex engineering projects and develop effective solutions. A broad understanding of manufacturing techniques, including sheet metal fabrication, riveting, bonding, and welding, is required.

Requirements
  • A sound understanding of engineering principles.
  • Experience in Systems or Project Engineering.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Estimated Salary:

£70,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
