Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front-of-house operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our hotel during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities
- You will oversee the preparation of guest bedrooms and public areas for the next day, working closely with our Housekeeping team to ensure a seamless service.
- You will provide exceptional guest service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- You will assist the Nights Manager with various tasks, including running the Night Audit and Room Service.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also require attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
