About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team at Coal Kitchen in Gloucester Quays. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for coaching and training other team members, opening and closing the restaurant, and ensuring the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar is seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and train other team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure the smooth opening and closing of the restaurant
- Be hands-on in the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
