Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity at Coal Kitchen

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Coal Kitchen in Gloucester Quays. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and train other team members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Assist with the opening and closing of the restaurant, including setting up and cleaning the dining area, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stock, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
